Whether you've got an iPhone, iPad, a Droid or a Blackberry, the application marketplace is an ever-growing beast of super-sized proportions. Especially when it comes to cooking programs. In the past we've shared the professional chefs' favorite apps, baker and blogger David Lebovitz's app and Mark Bittman's How To Cook Everything app. Now we have a few more to add to the list, including one from Mario Batali, Cook's Illustrated and an app dedicated entirely to salsa. Check them out after the jump.
