Saturday night Los Angeles-based artists Zachary Crane and Stephen Workman opened their first major exhibition together. The evening also featured an exclusive jewelry line by Onch Movement. NOTICE, NEED and LOVE ME began with the piece “Give a dog a bone, and he'll follow you for the rest of your life,” which observes the need for attention. Everyone is driven by celebrity, whether by emulating their fashion or following them on social media. People live in a world of self-obsession through social media forums, editing and blasting oneself out to the world to be noticed, needed, and loved. Many of the works featured celebrities such as Miley Cyrus, Britney Spears, Kris Jenner, James Franco, Katy Perry, Mario Lopez and more. All photos by Shannon Cottrell.
