2 Injured and 3 Dead Following Two-Vehicle Collision near Mile Marker 10

LAS VEGAS, NV (June 15, 2023) Saturday night, Nola Humphrey and two adults lost their lives after a head-on crash on US 95. The incident took place along US-95 near mile marker 10 on May 20th around 9:25 p.m. As per reports, a Chevrolet Trax driver traveling northbound on US95 failed to stay in his lane and entered the opposite lane, colliding head-on with the Dodge, which burst into flames. The Chevrolet driver, 22-year-old Victor Jacuinde-Garcia, and passenger, 24-year-old Giovanni Vazquez sustained fatal injuries and died at the scene. Medics then took a juvenile passenger of the Dodge, 10-year-old Nola Humphrey, to Desert View Hospital where she later died from her injuries. The other occupants of the Dodge, driver Joshua Bonde and passengers Rebecca “Becky” Hall and Keira Humphrey received treatment for major injuries at the hospital. At this time, LVMPD is investigating the cause of the fatal wrong-way crash and will release more information once available. Furthermore, the loved ones of the Bonde, Hall, and the Humphrey Family set up a GoFundMe page to help with the expenses.
