They may not have Jonesy anymore, but Indie 103.1's internet version, does retain some of its most beloved shows: Joe Escalante's Barley Legal (Fridays), Passport Approved (Saturdays), Chaos with Full Metal Jackie (Sundays), Native Wayne's reggae show (Sundays) and Suicide Girls Radio (late Sundays).

They've also got some cool new ones that make us glad we have kick-ass computer speakers: Breakfast With The Smiths (Sunday mornings) and our new obsession, All Up in the Interweb, Wednesdays 8-10 from Thelonious Monster's Bob Forrest (now seen on Celebrity Rehab). The longtime LA rocker's song selections are pretty brilliant but it's his anecdotes about the early LA music scene that make this two hours a must-listen.

law logo2x bForrest started on Indie's occasional “Tuesday night takeover” show called Coup d' Etat a few weeks ago and we're excited to say we'll be doing the same tonight at 7 p.m., hyping our book, “Los Angeles's Best Dive Bars- Drinking and Diving in the City of Angels,” which we'll be reading from and signing at Book Soup, this Sunday, Aug. 15 (7-8 pm).

Tonight we'll be talking LA Nightlife, dive bars and the best boozy music. Will we play your favorite drunkard anthem? Grab a drink and listen here at 7pm to find out.
