Avenue 60 Pedestrian Crash Left 35-Year-Old Nicole Higgins Dead

HIGHLAND PARK, CA (December 2, 2021) – A deadly pedestrian crash near Avenue 60 claimed the life of Nicole Higgins Tuesday morning.

Officers received reports of a pedestrian that was struck by a vehicle around 4:30 a.m., somewhere near Avenue 60. Crews responded to the scene shortly after.

At this time, the events leading up to the collision remain unclear. However, officers declared one person dead at the scene. Highland Park Officials later identified the deceased victim as 35-year-old Nicole Higgins.
