First it was Animal Collective out sick and now this (someone add Emergen-C to their tour riders, stat). Word just came in via Buzzbands.la that Nico Vega has postponed tonight's appearance at the Roxy on the Sunset Strip due to illness. The bad news is that the show was the local trio's record release party and there's no word yet on a rescheduled date. The good news (I guess) is that opening bands the Union Line and the Yelling still plan to play. While debating about whether or not you still plan on going, enjoy this clip of Nico Vega performing “Wooden Dolls” at the Hammer Museum last July as part of the late Indie 103.1's Also I Like to Rock concert series.
