32-Year-Old Nicholas Hernandez Dead in Pedestrian Crash on Broadway Boulevard[Tucson, AZ]

TUCSON, AZ ( August 11, 2021 ) – Friday night, Nicholas Hernandez, 32, is dead after being struck by a vehicle on Broadway Boulevard.

The incident took place at around 9 p.m. at the 6300 block of E. Broadway Boulevard, as per report.

Nicholas Hernandez allegedly shoplifted from a business northeast of Broadway and Wilmot. Afterward he fled onto the westbound street where he was consequently struck by a silver 2003 Nissan Sentra.

The driver of the Nissan pulled over to cooperate with authorities. The driver did not show any signs of intoxication at the time of the accident, according to the investigation.

Currently, there are no pending citations or charges.
