Selling Sunset Star Mary Fitzgerald
With Season 5 of Netflix’s hit show Selling Sunset about to drop, all eyes were on the Selling Sunset O Group crew as they descended into the Coachella Valley from weekend one.
Fresh of her private jet arrival, show heroine Mary Fitzgerald chronicled her stylish Coachella experience all over social media, including her bewitching collaboration with the trending jewlery brand APM Monaco.
LA Weekly contributors were able to meet up with Mary over the weekend and conduct an exclusive interview with the gracious star on her Coachella experience and why she chose APM Monaco for her festival looks:
LA Weekly: What is she wearing this year to Coachella?
Mary: Color! This is my first Coachella and it’s starting to feel like summer so I wanted to wear fun outfits that include tasteful colors and patterns. Coachella is the best place to experiment with your style.
LA Weekly: What act is she most excited to see perform?
Mary: I am super excited that Harry Styles is performing. I have heard he’s a great performer and I am looking forward to seeing his set (and the fun outfits he always chooses to wear)!
LA Weekly: Why In particular does she like wearing APM Monaco?
Mary: I like APM Monaco because these are all jewelry pieces that really elevate a look. It’s always nice to wear pieces that are amazing quality and will pair with almost anything in your closet. For Coachella I have been obsessed with the Double Meteorites Ring. Everyone has been asking me where I got it from, it’s a hit!
LA Weekly: How does she do Coachella? Does she turn out or does she have a more laid back time?
Mary: A bit of both is the perfect balance for me. I always need to recharge before I get moving again, so usually we will give ourselves the first half of the day to rest and then head to the festival. This way I am able to enjoy the sets I want to see without feeling exhausted from being in the heat all day!
LA Weekly: When is the new season of selling sunset coming out? And what can we expect?
Mary: Selling Sunset season 5 will premiere on Netflix on April 22nd! We are getting so close and I can’t wait for the fans to see what this season has to offer. I really think they’re going to enjoy it. I can’t tell you too much but you can definitely count on bigger real estate, more drama, and a new cast member!
