Need a drink to help you get through the rest of the holiday season? Thanks to Repeal Day, you can have one legally. And thanks to comme Ça and Pizzeria Ortica, you can have one for 76 cents. David Myers' restaurants are celebrating the 76th anniversary of Repeal Day, which is December 5th, this week with 76-cent Prohibition Era-themed cocktails. It's a very conveniently timed holiday, positioned midway between Thanksgiving and Christmas, when you're probably still crazed from getting up at 4 a.m. to bargain shop last Friday. There are a few catches: you have to buy the first $11 drink, you can only get one cheap cocktail, and you have to know the password. It's Roosevelt, in honor of the president who repealed the 18th Amendment.

On the cocktail menu: Whiskey Old-fashioneds, Sidecars and French 75's. You can also order Mary Pickfords, Colony Cocktails, Barbary Coasts and Bacardi Cocktails. Comme Ça will be offering the promotion from Dec. 4 to Dec. 6; Pizzeria Ortica's promotion will also begin Dec. 4 but will continue through Dec. 11, to celebrate their new liquor license.

Comme Ça: 8479 Melrose Ave., West Hollywood; (323) 782-1104. Pizzeria Ortica: 600 Anton Blvd., Costa Mesa; (714) 445-4900.
