It’s been  a week since our favorite dine-in restaurants have pivoted to take out only and cabin fever is starting to set in.  Here’s a fluid list of eateries to visit and a chance to get out of the house for a change of scenery.

  • The Bellwether is offering curbside pickup on food, wine and cocktails. Bottles of wine are 25 percent off and all specialty cocktails are now $10.
  • Broken Spanish has curbside service and lots of tamales available.
  • Castaway in Burbank has takeout available.
  • Proud Bird  in Inglewood is delivering through DoorDash and Postmates; order online for takeout.
  • Luminarias in Monterey Park has takeout available.
  • 94th Aero Squadron in Van Nuys has takeout available.
  • Odyssey  in Granada Hills is offering takeout.
  • Hue Oi is offering delivery and takeout from both of its locations.
  • Union in Pasadena has a new family style menu that it’s offering for delivery via Postmates and curbside pickup, now with expanded hours from noon-9 p.m. It includes dishes like spaghetti and meatballs, eggplant parm, organic roasted chicken, and lasagna verde (plus the usual Union classics too).
  • Common Space Brewery in El Segundo is open for pickup Monday through Friday, 2-7 p.m., and weekends, 1 5 p.m. They also deliver seven days a week.
  • Hank’s has delivery and and takeout are rolling from noon ’til 8 p.m. at both Hanks and sushi.
  • The Butcher’s Daughter: While the Venice restaurant has closed for dine-in, it remains open for takeout and delivery. Additionally, the teams have transformed the space into a “Butcher’s Bodega,” offering essentials such as groceries, toilet paper, hand sanitizer and more. Curbside pickup is available — shoppers can call ahead to place an order. The Butcher’s Daughter team will also be taking suggestions from the local community and work to keep the shelves stocked with what people need.
  • Dog Haus‘ Haus Market will sell gourmet hot dogs, ground beef, plant-based items, sausages, chicken breasts and wings, cheese, butter, eggs, Haus sauces, fries, onion rings, bread, cookies, water, juice, Kings Hawaiian rolls and Tater Tots.
  • Pedalers Fork is open daily from 6 a.m.-3 p.m., offering takeout and delivery via Door Dash.
  • Portuguese Bend is open normal hours offering takeout, curbside pick-up and delivery via Postmates.  They created their own house-made sanitizer and are giving it complimentary with orders of $30 or more.
  • Lola’s Mexican Cuisine is offering takeout, curbside pickup and delivery via Postmates.
  • The Social List is offering takeout, curbside pickup and delivery via Postmates.
  • The Double Barrel is offering takeout and delivery by placing an order with their sister restaurant, Bombay Palace, which also is offering takeout and delivery.
  • Malibu Wines is offering bottles of wine and bottled beer to-go daily from noon-6 p.m. and pizza to-go via Two Doughs Pizza every Friday through Sunday, starting at noon.
  • Forma — known for their pasta “dalla forma” finished in cheese wheels — is offering their full lunch and dinner menus for pickup and delivery, exclusively via Postmates. Menu standouts include the chitarra cacio e pepe and the wild boar papardelle, in addition to desserts like the bombolone alla crema and Nutella bread pudding.
  • Pasta Sisters: Angelenos can support this family-owned and -operated business by ordering pickup via phone or the website, as well as for delivery via Postmates. Their pastas are made fresh in-house every morning, and the menu is designed to be mixed and matched with their selection of fresh sauces, from slow-cooked bolognese to black truffle and butter.
  • Chado will open their Pasadena and Torrance locations on Saturday, March 21, from noon-4 p.m., for “Afternoon Tea To Go.” They’re offering their full menu, in addition to their retail tea shop; guests can stop by to pick up tea sandwiches, salads and soups to-go, in addition to a variety of loose leaf single origin and tea blends from across the globe. They also recently introduced a line of turmeric-based immunity teas to promote good health. For those who prefer to stay home rather than picking up in person, all their teas are also available to purchase on on their website.
  • The Original Farmers Market‘s many restaurant merchants are still open and available to order for pickup or delivery, from fried chicken favorite Fritzi Coop to Magee’s Kitchen, which offers old-school favorites like their Original Corned Beef sandwich, hand-carved pastrami, French dips and much more. Du-par’s Restaurant & Bakery, a Farmers Market staple since 1938, is introducing Blue Plate Specials — $40 dinners for 4 — now available for takeout or curbside pick-up. Specials include comforting classics like chicken pot pie, turkey dinner with all the trimmings, and a macaroni & cheese casserole. Most specials come with a choice of one whole fruit pie or a full stack of hotcakes.
  • Bar Restaurant will be offering prepared family meals that will change daily. Prices will range between $15-$20 per person, depending on the offering of the day. This can be an add-on to the purchase of a box order or sold separately. Menu items will be posted daily on their Instagram and are available for order and pickup between 4-8 p.m., seven days a week. Additionally, The Bar Restaurant team have prepared three pre-made boxes consisting of fresh organic produce, meats, dry pastas, dairy and wine for pickup ($60-$80). Upon purchase, please note if you would like recipe/cooking recommendations. Available daily for order and pickup between noon-8 p.m., all week.
  • El Torito will remain open for takeout and delivery orders. All restaurants are offering $10 off $35 or more for all takeout orders. Just call your local El Torito to place your order. The brand is also offering free delivery on all orders placed through their website. These offers can’t be combined and are available to guests depending on their specific needs.
  • Café Gratitude in the Arts District is offering a limited menu for takeout (through Chownow or via phone at (213) 929-5580) and delivery (DoordashUberEats or Postmates) daily from noon-6 p.m. The restaurant will also offer a COVID Care Kit: A one-day meal plan for $30, which includes the Crunchy Superfood Breakfast Parfait, a healthy green juice, the Fulfilled Market Veggie Salad, the Brave Immunity Shot, an Accepting Japanese Grain Bowl, and an Immortal Ayurvedic Almond Milk (no substitutions or modifications). The restaurant will also offer its community-driven Grateful Bowl for $5 per bowl to support those who have been financially impacted by COVID-19.
  • Katsuya is offering curbside pick-up.
  • North Italia El Segundo is available for takeout and delivery on DoorDash. To place a takeout order at the El Segundo location, guests are encouraged to call (310) 469-7692. All DoorDash orders may be placed online or via the mobile app. North Italia’s adjusted store hours are Monday through Thursday, 11 a.m.-8 p.m., Saturday, noon-10 p.m., and Sunday, noon-9 p.m.
  • Ike’s Love & Sandwiches: The cult-favorite sandwich shop is offering free delivery when you order through the Ike’s app. Download it for free on the Apple Store or Google Play. Vegans, vegetarians, gluten-free diets and meat lovers alike can enjoy a juicy Ike’s sandwich.
  • PizzaRev: The craft your own, fast-casual pizza concept is offering 30 percent off all online orders until further notice. All diets can be accommodated.
  • WahlBurgers will be offering takeout, curbside pickup and delivery at participating locations. Takeout orders can be placed via the Wahlburgers App, wahlburgers.com/order or by calling the restaurant.
  • Gallery Food Hall has “For the Family” meals  available for delivery — from tacos and burritos, sushi and crispy rice, to the all-new Pop!s Burgers & Shakes featuring Creekstone Farms beef or Impossible vegan burgers and vegan milk shakes. “For the Family” meals are available on Postmates, Doordash, UberEats and Grubhub 11 a.m.-8 p.m. Ritual pickup guests can order drive-thru pickup in the 3rd Court Alley between 3rd and 4th Street. Simply add “drive thru” in the notes and call (424) 317-5429 upon arrival and someone will run out the order.
  • Azulé Taqueria has their Burrito Box ($35): four burritos (choice of steak, chicken or mushroom) with rice, beans, sauteed onions and poblano peppers, and house tomatillo salsa; includes chips and salsa. The Taco Box ($25) includes 10 Tacos (choice of cauliflower al pastor, slow braised beef, herb mushroom, chicken, mahi-mahi, carne asada, garlic shrimp, and pineapple pork belly). Also includes chips and salsa.
  • Supertoro‘s Sushi and Crispy Rice Tray ($40) includes four cut rolls ,four crispy rice, and one large seaweed salad and one large edamame.
  • POP!S Burgers & Shakes has a Burger Box ($25) which includes four single patty burgers dusted with Pop’s seasoning, red wine and grass-fed butter sauce. Topped with secret sauce, pickles, caramelized onions and American cheese; includes four fries and four drinks.
  • STRFSH is offering a hot fish box ($30) which has four hot fish sandwiches with beer battered Alaskan cod, rubbed in Nashville hot spice, lettuce, pickles, tartar sauce; includes four fries and four drinks.
  • Drago Bakery will be offering  a special takeout Monday through Friday from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. at 3828 Willat Ave. in Culver City; call at (310) 280-6004. It will feature freshly baked and freezable essentials that guests can pick up and prepare at home. The Fresh Pasta Package ($55) will include a choice of lasagna bolognese, chicken and mushroom lasagna, or vegetarian lasagna that will serve up to 10 guests and be packaged cold. Main Proteins such as the chicken breast with Marsala and mushrooms ($80), and a beef stew with red wine and spices ($95), will also be packed cold and serve up to 10 guests. Side orders will feature 2-pound containers of assorted roasted vegetables, roasted potatoes and Brussels sprouts with ginger and shallots ($18 each). Fresh soups include a choice of minestrone, pumpkin and lentil, and will be packaged in 32-ounce deli cups and offered cold or frozen ($12 each). Plenty of bakery goods are available as well.
  • Georgia’s Restaurant (Anaheim & Long Beach): Grab a bucket of Southern fried chicken for the family and a bottle of wine  from Georgia’s Restaurant at both the Long Beach Exchange and Anaheim Packing House locations. Georgia’s Long Beach is offering curbside pickup all day until close and delivery through Grubhub. Georgia’s Anaheim is available for delivery through DoorDash, Grubhub and Uber Eats. They are offering family packages at both locations that feature an eight-piece fried chicken dinner with two large sides for $20. Georgia’s Restaurant at the Long Beach Exchange offers takeout and delivery Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m.-8 p.m., Friday from 11 a.m.-9 pm, Saturday from 9 a.m.-9 p.m., and Sunday from 9 a.m.-8 p.m.; (714) 906-1900.
  • GussBBQ (South Pasadena, Claremont & Porter Ranch): Gus’s Barbecue offers takeout at all locations and online ordering through their website for both lunch and dinner. Gus’s Barbecue in Claremont and Porter Ranch each offer delivery through Postmates and Grubhub; Gus’s Barbecue in South Pasadena offers delivery through Postmates. Each location has a special takeout menu. Gus’s Barbecue South Pasadena offers takeout and delivery Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m.-10 p.m., Friday from 11 a.m.-11 p.m., Saturday from 8:30 a.m.-11 p.m., and Sunday from 8:30 a.m.-10 p.m.; Gus’s Barbecue Claremont offers takeout and delivery Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m.-11 p.m., Friday from 11 a.m.-midnight, Saturday from 8:30 a.m.-midnight, and Sunday from 8:30 a.m.-10 p.m. Gus’s Barbecue Porter Ranch offers takeout and delivery Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m.-11 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m.-midnight, and Sunday from 11 a.m.-10 p.m.
  • Il Pastaio will be offering takeout for both for lunch and dinner every Monday through Sunday from 11:30 a.m.- 10 p.m. to support the community and guests’ in-home dining needs with a slightly reduced takeout menu. To place a takeout order directly, call Il Pastaio at (310) 205-5444 and feel free to utilize Il Pastaio’s curbside pickup.
  • Il Segreto Ristorante will be offering a slightly reduced takeout every Monday through Sunday from 5-9 p.m. To place a takeout order directly, please call Il Segreto at (310) 474-8644. Guests can also order from Grubhub if they prefer delivery.
  • Open Face‘s Danish-inspired dishes will be available through takeout for breakfast, lunch and dinner every Tuesday through Friday from 11 a.m.-7 p.m., and on Saturday from 10 a.m.-7 p.m. Open Face Food Shop will be offering executive chef Lene Houck’s traditional menu and an expanded to-go menu including special family boxes that will be changing daily. Face Food Shop will soon be offering online ordering and will have updates at openfacefoodshop.com. Since quantities may be limited, it’s recommended that guests call (855) 676-3223 ahead of time, ideally by noon, for that evening’s takeout pickup.
  • Piccolo Paradiso is offering slightly reduced takeout menu, both for lunch and dinner, every Monday through Sunday from 11:30 a.m.-10 p.m. To place a takeout order directly, please call Piccolo Paradiso Ristorante at (310) 271-0030.
  • SHU Sushi will be offering a slightly reduced takeout every Monday through Sunday from 4 p.m.-9 p.m. To place a takeout order directly, call SHU at (310) 474-2740.
  • Tacocita, Pasadena’s newest taco stop, is available for lunch and dinner takeout by calling them directly, ordering online, or for delivery through Grubhub, Postmates and DoorDash. Tacocita’s full takeout menu is accessible online along with their newly created takeout packages for pickup or delivery. Tacocita offers takeout and delivery Monday through Sunday from 11 a.m.-10 p.m.
  • Tops, a classic Pasadena institution and long-standing restaurant has been serving comforting and approachable scratch-made food since 1952; they are now offering takeout and drive-thru from 6:30 a.m.-11 p.m. The Original Top’s offers breakfast takeout until 11 a.m.
  • The Raymond offers takeout and delivery every Tuesday through Friday for lunch from 11 a.m.-2 p.m., for dinner from 4:30-9:30 p.m., for brunch and lunch every Saturday through Sunday from 9:30 a. m.-2:30 p.m., and for dinner from 4:30 p.m.-9:30 p.m. They are offering a 10 percent discount on all takeout orders when calling the restaurant directly and curbside pickup. They’ve got wine and beer, and will now start selling bottles of alcohol and pre-made cocktails. The Raymond 1886 will offer delivery through DoorDash and Grubhub, and they may be available on Postmates soon.
  • Via Alloro will be offering a slightly reduced takeout menu  for both for lunch and dinner every Monday through Sunday from 11:30 a.m.-10 p.m. To place a takeout order directly, call at (310) 275-2900; the restaurant will also be offering curbside pickup. Guests can also order from Postmates if they prefer delivery.
  • Yoji San will be offering takeout every Monday through Saturday for lunch, from noon-2:30 p.m., and for dinner, from 5 p.m.-9 p.m. To place a takeout order directly, call Yojisan Sushi at (424) 245-3799. Guests can also order from Postmates if they prefer delivery.
  • American Beauty‘s window is open for pickup and delivery with extended hours of 11 a.m.-9 p.m. Online orders and delivery available via DoorDash, GrubHub, Postmates and Uber Eats. Their Steakhouse is closed temporarily.
  • All Time is open for pickup via ChowNow 8 a.m.-3 p.m. for coffee, breakfast and lunch, and 4:30-8 p.m. for dinner. Orders can also be placed by calling (323) 660-3868. More updates at @freakinalltime.
  • Pitfire Pizza: All locations are open for pickup and delivery with modified menu; their hours are 8 a.m.-9 p.m. Order online or via doordash.
  • Superba Food + Bread in Venice is open for pickup and delivery 8 a.m.-8 p.m. with a modified all-day menu, as well as expanded breads available for take away. Order online. Delivery available via DoorDash and Postmates.  Superba Snacks + Coffee in North Hollywood and Pasadena are both open for pickup and delivery online. Delivery via DoorDash, Postmates and UberEats.
  • Little Dom’s in Los Feliz has takeout hours from 9 a.m.-10 p.m and is delivering through Caviar. Modern Italian restaurant Little Dom’s and adjacent Little Dom’s Deli will be offering breakfast, lunch and dinner takeout and delivery to customers. Aside from everyday classic Italian favorites, new items have been added, such as a daily $25 three-course PanDOMic menu, food packed for your fridge and freezer such as soups, sauces and jams and bottles of wine and beer.
  • Here and Now in the Arts District will be offering  their full food menu through Postmates. Favorites include the Here and Now Burger with short rib, chuck and brisket patty, American cheese, shallots, Boyle Heights sauce, potato bun and fries, roasted shishito peppers with lemon, aioli and Berber spice, and habanero chicken wings.
  • NORMS will be offering takeout 24/7 at all of its locations and deliveries through UberEatsGrubHub, DoorDash and Postmates. All menu items are available, and NORMS is offering kids eat free for takeout orders with the purchase of a regular entree.
  • Jane Q in Hollywood is delivering through Postmates and Caviar. Brunch and dinner are also available for takeout.
  • Vitello’s is offering over a dozen of its comfort classic family meals, including lasagna (classic or veggie), eggplant Parmesan, spinach ricotta ravioli and Cesar salad. Fresh, delicious and made to order, these dishes are available in half and full-size trays. Special offer includes a $20 gift card with a minimum purchase of $100. To bring a little levity to the situation, Vitello’s will add a free roll of toilet paper to each order. Orders are available for pickup at Vitello’s from noon-8 p.m., you can also arrange delivery via Postmates and GrubHub. To place an order, call Vitello’s at (818) 769-0905.
  • Hungry Angelina is offering curbside pickup for to-go orders on Marina Drive, in addition to delivery for all of your clean and healthy, or rich and indulgent plant-based cravings. Available noon-8 p.m. every day.
  • Noble Bird Rotisserie is offering a complete family meal called the “What the Cluck?!” Kit — it’s a meal that feeds up to four for $40. Orders can be phoned in at (562) 431-0445 for convenient grab and go takeout. They are in the midst of setting up a curbside pickup zone outside their restaurant with “No Contact” pickup. A staffer with gloved hands will walk over to the customer in their vehicle and can put the food directly into their trunk or passenger side seat to ensure no contact if requested. Noble Bird also offers delivery of their regular menu via DoorDash and Grubhub.
  • Shake Shack will temporarily shift to a “to-go” only operating model in all of its U.S. company-owned restaurants. Guests will be able to place to-go orders in the restaurant, pre-order on shakeshack.com or the Shack App for pickup, or order for delivery through Grubhub and Seamless in all cities, as well as other providers such as Postmates, DoorDash, Caviar and UberEats in certain locales.
  • Urban Plates is offering free delivery on DoorDash, or online ordering  for pickup. Take out options include “Express Pick-Up,” which is no-contact pickup where food is sealed for safety and placed on a shelf for easy, no contact pickup. All catering/group meals can now be individually packaged per serving at no additional cost.
  • Pikunico in downtown L.A. is doing takeout and delivery.
  • Cake Monkey Bakery in Beverly Grove offers takeout and delivery.
  • HomeState‘s locations in East Hollywood, Highland Park and Playa Vista is offering takeout and delivery.
  • Creme Caramel LA in the Valley has takeout and delivery.
  • Delilah in West Hollywood is offering free delivery or pickup on Postmates and 30 percent off burgers; 11 a.m.-11 p.m., daily.  Delilahla  
  • Genghis Cohen is open for delivery and pickup.
  • Petite Taqueria has free delivery or pickup on Postmates, 11 a.m.-11 p.m. daily.
  • Sam’s Crispy Chicken: Delivery available on Postmates ($3 off $15), UberEats (free chicken tender bites), DoorDash (free delivery), GrubHub (free chicken tender bite and free delivery), and Caviar (free delivery).
  • Slab Barbecue: Delivery and pickup available for free delivery and pickup on Postmates 11 a.m.-11 p.m. daily.
  • The Nice Guy is offering free delivery or pickup on Postmates and 30 percent off pizzas every day, 11 a.m.-11 p.m. daily.
  • Bar Avalon‘s menu will be available to-go and on Postmates and Caviar, or call (213) 908-5352; credit card only. Dinner will be offered Tuesday through Saturday 5-9 p.m. Lunch will be available 11 a.m.-3 p.m. Thursday through Saturday. Bar Avalon asks that all orders be placed and picked up in our sanitary low-contact EVE Bottle Shop next door.
  • Chao Krung: Stay warm with hearty Thai fare. Chao Krung is offering both curbside pickup (10 percent off all orders), as well as delivery via DoorDash, GrubHub, Postmates, Caviar and UberEats.
  • Madre: Order the beloved Oaxacan restaurant’s amazing tacos, mole, ceviche and so much more. Delivery via Chownow, Grubhub, Doordash, Postmates, Caviar and Ubereats.
  • Poppy + Rose: Stay safe, stay healthy, but don’t stay hungry by ordering delivery via UberEats and Postmates, or curbside pickup from the DTLA’s restaurant.
  • Same Same: Delivery via Grub Hub, Uber Eats, Caviar and Postmates. For takeout, you can place your order by calling (213) 273-8424; Same Same will bring your food out to your car. The eatery is also offering 20 percent off any bottle of wine to-go.
  • Surfer Rose: Santa Monica’s newest pizza destination is delivering their full menu on Doordash and Grubhub.
  • Vinovore: Stock up on essentials by ordering wine for delivery on Caviar or go to their website to place an order for curbside pickup.
  • The Palisociety family of restaurants in L.A.: Simonette at Palihotel Culver City, The Hart and The Hunter at Palihotel Melrose, and Marco Polo at Silver Lake Pool & Inn. All three are currently offering daily takeout and curbside pickup service, along with delivery via third-party partners on a slightly abbreviated schedule of noon-9 p.m. Menus are condensed with a focus on portable dishes.
  • Zinc Café & Market locations will remain open for delivery and pick-up services. Hours of operation for all locations are 8 a.m.-6 p.m.
  • Hotel Figueroa: The hotel’s on-site restaurant Breva is serving up modern American favorites for breakfast and lunch with a new takeout menu for hotel guests and all Angelenos from 7 a.m.-10 p.m. The restaurant has modified its menus so hotel guests and the local community can still enjoy chef-driven meals during this time, including favorites like tuna tartare, ora king salmon, and the vegan-friendly Imposter Burger. The hotel will be donating all perishables and prepared meals to the Downtown Women’s Center.
  • Spring Arcade, which includes Gelateria Uli, Downtown Donuts, Le Macaron and Rice Box remains open. Calavera Burrito Co. and Pizza Napolita are also open for delivery and pickup.
  • Grimaldi’s El Segundo is offering carry out service and delivery through DoorDash. Orders can be made by calling directly or placed online. Menus are available to view here.
  • Employees Only is offering takeout and delivery from noon-10 p.m. Full menu available, as well as prix-fixe dinners for families and groups; cocktail kits of signature drinks. Partnering with Elio’s Wood Fired Pizza for new pizza menu ($11-$13) and DIY options.
  • The Jar has boxed dinners, cocktail kits to-go and a to-go menu available for pickup, curbside and free delivery within 10 miles.
  • Mrs. Fish has delivery and takeout available on Caviar, Doordash and Postmates.
  • Carrusel Bakery has plenty of pupusas and more for pickup. Call ahead to order.
  • Gracie’s Pizza is open for curbside pickup and delivery.
  • Cassell’s: In addition to their burgers, beer, wine and $5 cocktails are available for takeout and delivery. Cocktails include the Moscow mule, old fashioned, negroni, margarita and Gold Rush.
  • City Kitchen and Urban Palate are offering home deliveries features comforting, family-friendly entrees, soups and sides that can be re-heated in the oven or microwave or frozen for later. Both are offering deliveries in the L.A. area on Mondays and Thursdays and free curbside pickup at the kitchen located at 670 S Santa Fe Ave. Orders can be placed at (800) 704-2070 or by emailing infola@citykitchen.com or info@urbanpalate.com; urbanpalate.com/meal-deliveries-menu.
  •  APL and Perry Lang’s: Chef-restaurateur Adam Perry Lang is cooking off-menu comfort food and offering curbside pickup and contact-free delivery within a one-block radius and delivery on Postmates and Grubhub. Offerings rotate daily and include pan roasted lemon chicken with a honey glaze, braised beef stew in red wine with  mashed potatoes, fried chicken sandwich with homemade slaw and his legendary Matzoh Ball Soup aka Jewish Penicillin.
