Fatal Crash on Jurupa Valley Involving a UPS Truck Leaves Woman Dead

JURUPA VALLEY, CA (May 19, 2021) – Authorities identified Nathaly Lopez Millan to be the victim killed in a crash on Armstrong Road, Saturday evening.

According to Jurupa Valley Police, the crash occurred around 6:40 P.M. Upon arrival, emergency crews located a UPS truck and a sedan.

According to reports, a white 2015 Toyota Corolla t-boned the UPS truck while turning left onto Armstrong Road.

In addition, the authorities also determined the Corolla driver did not use brakes prior to the impact.

Paramedics transported the Corolla driver to Riverside Community Hospital where they succumbed to their injuries. The UPS driver however sustained minor injuries and is expected to survive.

The coroner’s office later identified the deceased victim to be 28-year-old Nathaly Lopez Millan of Bloomington.

The authorities are investigating the factors that contributed to the crash.
