Cowboys from Hell (Atco)
My [favorite] album is Pantera’s Cowboys from Hell (1990). It was the first album that actually captured my soul. I grew up listening to this album and still listen to it today. When I first heard Dimebag’s dry, powerful guitar sound, it gave me goosebumps and I loved it. Honestly, Cowboys from Hell is one of the best metal albums of all time to me. My favorite songs from this album are “Cowboys from Hell”, “Cemetery Gates” and “The Art of Shredding.”
The Hu plays with Crown Lands at 9 p.m. on Tuesday, December 10 at the Fonda Theatre.
