Moby is celebrating the release of his new album Live Ambients — Improvised Recordings Vol. 1 (out since Christmas Eve) with a set on Wednesday. It’ll be interesting — as the title suggests, the tracks on the new album were recorded on his home studio and fully improvised. Nothing was written beforehand. One would imagine that would make reproducing them live a bit of a challenge, but then Moby is a clever chap.
