A 17-year-old boy was fatally shot as he was riding in a car in Pacoima December 19. Four suspects, described only as Hispanic men, pulled up alongside Victor Mendez, Jr. and opened fire.

The shooting occurred on Paxton Street near Foothill Boulevard
