A 24-year-old man was found dead with a gunshot wound to his head in Nickerson Gardens Public Housing Development in Watts November 22. Lavell Hudson, who didn't live in the complex, was discovered around 4 a.m. in the 1200 block of East 115th Street about 4 a.m.

Police were investigating the shooting call when they discovered the victim. A motive for the killing is not known. Anyone with information should contact Southeast Division detectives at 213-485-4341.
