The Los Angeles Police Department is asking for the public's help in tracking down the shooter who killed a 41-year-old man delivering food to his girlfriend in Wilmington October 25.

Jose Augusto Caceros, 41, was dropping off some food at his girlfriend's home in the 400 block of North Gulf Avenue, near Wilmington Boulevard, when a man carrying a gun shot him around 1:15 a.m. Sunday. The shooter immediately left the area, leaving Caceros on his girlfriend's doorstep. He was taken to a nearby hospital where he was pronounced dead.
