Two men were gunned down on a Canoga Park street September 26. Police discovered the bodies of 28-year-old Isidoro Meza and Guillermo Mendoza, 21, near each other in the 8800 block of Independence Avenue near Gresham Street just before 3 a.m. Saturday.
