The two men who were fatally shot in a truck in Wilmington have been identified as

26-year-old Daniel Alejandre and 29-year-old Humberto Ramirez.

According to police, the shooter was a passenger in the rear seat of the truck when he shot the driver Ramirez and the front seat-passenger Alejandre with a handgun. The truck smashed the rear of a parked car, went through a knee-high cinder block wall and came to rest in the front yard of a home.Ramirex, who was shot several times, died at the scene. Alejandre was shot multiple times in the head, according to a coroner's report. The incident occurred December 7, about 7 p.m. in the 500 block of West G Street.
