Victim Killed in Semi-Truck Collision near Santa Anita Avenue
ARCADIA, CA (June 10, 2022) – Early Sunday morning, one victim was pronounced dead following a multi-vehicle accident on 210 Freeway.
The incident occurred on May 29, near Santa Anita Avenue. Crews responded to the eastbound lanes of the freeway around 3:30 a.m.
Video footage from the scene showed what appeared to be a black sedan flipped on its roof. Moreover, the collision involved multiple vehicles, including a semi-truck.
Medical personnel pronounced one victim dead at the scene. Although, authorities have not yet released their name or place of residency.
Officers shut down multiple lanes during cleanup and preliminary duties before they were later reopened.
Authorities did not release any additional information at this time. However, further investigation is underway.
