GO  THE BIG UNEASY Venerable comic genius Harry Shearer's documentary The Big Uneasy, about the catastrophe five years ago in New Orleans, is the latest — and perhaps most thorough — comment on what happened during Hurricane Katrina. More important, it's about what's unfolding as New Orleanians pave the way to an uncertain future, fraught with repetition of past mistakes. From archival clips to the immediate record of rebuilding efforts happening there on the ground, Shearer details his staunch efforts to understand what happened to the city he loves, aided by the acumen and brilliance of engineers, observers and experts, all of whom paint a portrait of what's really happening in the city whose peril we forget at our own.
