Rider Hospitalized after Semi-Truck Collision near Stockton Boulevard
SACRAMENTO, CA (July 29, 2022) – Friday morning, one motorcyclist was injured in a big-rig accident on Highway 50.
The incident happened the morning of July 15, along westbound Highway 50 near Stockton Boulevard.
According to reports, the collision involved a motorcycle, a big-rig and another unspecified vehicle. Although, the events leading up to the crash remain unknown.
Responding paramedics arrived and rushed the motorcyclist to a local hospital for medical care. At this time, police have no further information of the condition, name and age of the victim.
Police do not believe that drugs or alcohol played a role in the incident. However, the cause of the big-rig accident on Highway 50 is still being investigated.
