Rider Critically Injured in Motorcycle vs SUV Collision near West Riggin Avenue
VISALIA, CA (August 7, 2024) – One rider was injured Monday night, in a two-vehicle crash on Court Street and West Riggin Avenue.
The incident occurred at approximately 7:20 p.m.
Investigators say the rider of an eastbound motorcycle on Riggin collided with an SUV at the intersection. Paramedics arrived and took the rider to a local hospital for treatment of serious injuries.
Following preliminary duties, it is unclear if the SUV driver sustained any injuries from the collision. At this time, the identities of those involved in the crash have not been disclosed.
