Male Rider Dead after Motorcycle Crash on Birch Avenue
ESCONDIDO, CA (September 26, 2022) – Thursday afternoon, a motorcyclist was killed in a three-vehicle accident on Bear Valley Parkway.
Around 4:35 p.m., police responded to the scene near Birch Avenue on September 22nd.
Per reports, the rider of a black Harley Davidson Street Glide was heading north when he collided with a silver Hyundai Sonata, driven by a 41-year-old man. The motorcyclist then struck a Hyundai Accent and two pedestrians.
Medics arrived and transported the motorcyclist to a nearby hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries. Although, his identity has not been provided.
Meanwhile, emergency crews transported the two pedestrians to a local hospital for further treatment. In addition, the Sonata driver remained uninjured.
Following preliminary investigations, officers do not believe that drugs or alcohol played a factor in the collision. Once available, further details will be provided about the deadly three-vehicle accident on Bear Valley Parkway.
