Motorcycle and Car Collide near Cirby Way in Roseville

ROSEVILLE, CA (March 4, 2021) – Wednesday afternoon, an unidentified motorcyclist was killed in an accident on Foothills Boulevard.

Officers arrived to the scene around 3:05 p.m., after receiving reports of a serious collision in the area. According to reports, the motorcyclist and driver were traveling northbound on Foothills Boulevard when they collided.

Due to the impact of the crash, the motorcyclist was ejected onto the roadway. Paramedics transported the rider to a nearby hospital in critical condition.

In addition, the driver stayed on scene and cooperated with the authorities. Reports indicate that the driver and other samaritans stopped to render aid to the severely injured motorist.

The surrounding area on Foothills Boulevard was closed during preliminary duties. However, the roadway has since been reopened.
