It's been a bad year for bicyclists getting hit by motor vehicles in Los Angeles. Often the collisions are of the hit-and-run variety. Sometimes they're fatal. More and more, they're caught on video.

This week a YouTube video surfaced of an amazing motorcycle-versus-bicycle crash in the hills above Malibu. Actually …

… two cyclists were hit. And the amazing part is that neither of them appeared to have suffered serious injuries, at least according to the videographer's account on YouTube.

It happened recently on Mulholland Highway as the motorcyclist rounded a corner and plowed into both bike riders.

According to the YouTube user rnickeymouse:

The rider was not speeding & riding fine until he hit his foot and stood the bike up causing the bike to go wide. He then target fixated on the cyclist.

Rnickeymouse says one of the bicyclists reached out to say this:

This was my friend visiting from England who was struck first. (I was further back on the hill when the accident happened and am one of the guys who comes in the picture to his assistance). He's doing ok today, was discharged from the hospital yesterday with no broken bones. Miraculously.

Miraculously indeed.
