Moshi Moshi Nippon Festival in Los Angeles


The first Moshi Moshi Nippon festival kicked off this weekend in Los Angeles and featured LIVE DAM Karaoke, Don Quijote pop up, fashion brands Pure, Aymmy in the batty girls, jouetie, Galaxxxy, Pop Killer, Apule Town and others, with booths on site to showcase Japan’s booming fashion and J-pop culture.


Moshi Moshi Nippon Festival provides a gateway to Japan and its culture through entertainment, food and fashion, promoting tourism and business to Japan. Moshi Moshi Nippon Festivals have been popular in Europe and Asia and its Los Angeles event is the first stand-alone festival in the United States. Moshi Moshi Nippon Festival 2015 in Los Angeles took place on Saturday, August 1st at The Reef Magic Box in Los Angeles, California. Moshi Moshi Nippon Festival is primarily presented through Japanese fashion and entertainment company ASOBISYSTEM and locally through Japanese culture and cuisine magazine JapanUp! in the Greater Los Angeles area.

Special guests included RinRin Doll, AMIAYA, Ayumi Seto, YuRi and Hiko Achiha who took the stage for a special fashion show with Gregory Hignight manning the decks followed by a dance party featuring DJ Nishimura Hiyoko-Chan.
