  • No LNG Terminal for L.A. Depending on who you read, the Australian company Woodside Natural Gas dropped plans for its controversial, offshore liquefied natural gas terminal because of the economy (L.A. Times) or because of “California's tough and highly political permitting process” (The Age). The Times says the project is “on hold,” while The Age declares it “dead in the water.”
