  • Angry Monday Unionized city workers will march on City Hall Monday, then rally to prevent job cuts. Firefighters and paramedics will march from Garey to Spring streets at 9 a.m.; at 10 a.m. civilian city workers will join them at City Hall to protest a budget that calls for 3,000 possible layoffs and 26 days of unpaid furlough.   • To Be Young, Gay and in Long Beach This past weekend's 26th Annual Long Beach Lesbian & Gay Pride Celebration included a special area for adolescents, called Teen Pride. About 80,000 visitors were expected to attend the two-day event, which is Long Beach's second most popular calendar date after the Toyota Grand Prix. San Francisco Mayor and gubernatorial candidate Gavin Newsom was one of the event's Grand Marshals. Long Beach Press-Telegram
