Napa Valley Grille & Trefethen Family Vineyards Four-Course Wine Dinner
Taylor Boudreaux will prepare a four-course dinner to be paired with wine from Trefethen Family Vineyards. Courses include an amuse-bouche of Dungeness crab salad, a main course of braised veal short ribs with rutabaga purée, and a dessert of apricot tart tatin with Drake Family Farms goat cheese and Chantilly cream.

Old Town Dishcrawl
Dishcrawl will introduce Old Town Pasadena through four restaurants in the area. The meeting location and featured restaurants will be shared with ticketholders 48 hours before the event. Tickets include a tour and tasting; drink costs are separate.

Egyptian Food History
The Big Read and Culinary Historians of Southern California will host a lecture on Arabic food with a focus on Egyptian cuisine by food historian Charles Perry. A tasting of Egyptian food with dishes such as kishiri, rice and lentils, will follow before the showing of the 1993 satire by director Sherif Arafa, Terrorism and Kebab.
