31-Year-Old Woman Pronounced Dead after Fiery Single-Vehicle Crash near Roxbury Road

WEST HOLLYWOOD, CA (April 12, 2023) – Early Monday morning, Monica Hyun Mi Suh was killed in a fiery collision on Sunset Boulevard.

Authorities responded to the scene around 2:32 a.m., at the 8200 block of Sunset Boulevard near Roxbury Road.

Per reports, the driver of a Tesla X lost control and crashed into the center median, a metal lamp post and a tree. The Tesla then hit the Pink Taco restaurant patio and caught on fire.

Meanwhile, paramedics rushed two women in the backseat to a nearby hospital with unspecified injuries.

A third party later picked up the Tesla driver, as LAPD reported. The driver was later located at a hospital in critical condition.
