Fatal T-Bone Accident on 164th Street in Lynnwood
LYNNWOOD, CA (September 10, 2021) – Molly Lally, 34, of of Edmonds, lost her life Monday night following a 3-vehicle crash on 25th Avenue.
The incident happened around 10:30 p.m., at the intersection of 25th Avenue West and 164th Street Southwest.
According to reports, two 18-year-olds were driving westbound cars when one of the vehicles T-boned the victim’s vehicle at the intersection.
Responding officers declared Lally dead at the scene due to blunt force injuries.
Meanwhile, the 18-year-old woman driving one of the other cars and a passenger, a 17-year-old girl, were taken to Providence Regional Medical Center Everett with minor injuries.
In addition, the 18-year-old driver of the third car remained on the scene and cooperated with the officers.
The cause of the crash is still under investigation, but detectives believe speed may have played a role.
