36-Year-Old Woman Arrested after Car Accident on Morgan Road

CERES, CA (May 9, 2022) – 36-year-old Misty Brinton was arrested Wednesday night, after injuring two children in a crash on Service Road.

The incident happened around 8:33 p.m., near the intersection of Morgan and Service Road. Emergency crews responded to the scene shortly after.

According to reports, two vehicles collided in the area. However, the events leading up to the incident still remain unclear.

Paramedics arrived and rushed two children, aged 6 and 11, to a local hospital for treatment of their injuries. Although, authorities have not yet released their identities.

Meanwhile, authorities arrested Misty Brinton for driving under the influence and child endangerment after performing a sobriety test on her. At this time, an active investigation to determine further details is underway.
