Woodland Hills Resident Killed in Fatal Car Accident on Owensmouth Avenue

LOS ANGELES, CA (December 28, 2021) – 43-year-old Michelle Chapman lost her life Saturday after an auto collision on Victory Boulevard.

The incident took place along Victory Boulevard and Owensmouth Avenue around 12:20 a.m., December 18.

CHP said the events that led to the accident remain unknown, however, the SUV she was driving crashed in Canoga Park on Victory Boulevard.

When officers arrived they discovered Chapman unconscious at the scene. Due to the extent of her condition, paramedics pronounced her dead.

At this time, police have no further information about the deadly collision. However, an active investigation is still currently underway.

The Los Angeles Police Department will release more updates once available.
