15-Year-Old Cyclist Pronounced Dead after Bicycle Accident on Marlon Brando Avenue
LAS VEGAS, NV (August 21, 2023) – Friday evening, Michael Terrazus was killed in a bicycle collision on South Hollywood Boulevard. Police responded to the scene around 9:45 p.m., near Marlon Brando Avenue on July 28th. Officers say the driver of a 2013 Nissan Altima was heading north on South Hollywood Boulevard. There, a teenage cyclist rode directly into the path of the Nissan and struck the front of the vehicle just south of Marlon Brando Avenue. Paramedics arrived and transported the bicyclist to Sunrise Hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries. Authorities later identified him as 15-year-old Terrazus, of Las Vegas. Meanwhile, the driver who hit the teen remained at the scene and cooperated with the investigation.
