Pedestrian Dragged and Critically Injured after Collision on Colorado Street

GLENDALE, CA (December 1, 2021) – Police arrested Michael Taylor after attempting to flee from a hit-and-run accident Tuesday morning.

The incident happened around 9:00 a.m., near the intersection of Pacific Avenue and Colorado Street.

According to reports, the driver of a vehicle struck a pedestrian, and dragged them a significant distance. However, the events leading up remain unclear.

Eventually, medical personnel responded to the incident and transported the pedestrian to a hospital in a critical condition.

Authorities later located the suspect’s vehicle at the 600 block of Hawthorne Street. Consequently, they arrested 31-year-old Michael Taylor, of Los Angeles.

Officials booked Taylor for attempted murder and other related charges. Glendale officers are still currently investigating the hit-and-run accident.
