SAN FRANCISCO, CA (December 10, 2021) – Authorities arrested Michael Cayetano Sunday after driving the wrong-way on I-80.
The driver, 46-year-old Cayetano of Oakland, was seen on tape colliding with a California Highway Patrol car near the Bay Bridge toll plaza.

The officer was not in the patrol car when it was struck; according to KRON4, the officer was attempting to deploy spike strips. As a result, Michael Cayetano was arrested and booked into Santa Rita Jail on a number of felony charges.
