Since its inception last year with 700 bikes, Metro Bike is doubling its fleet. Offering dozens of stations encompassing the entire downtown area and spilling out into Chinatown as well, the bike shares are even popping up all across the city. With plans currently underway to expand the program out to Pasadena, the port and Venice, expect to have some bikes in a neighborhood near you by the end of this summer.
