Growing up, my family moved around quite a bit, but my formative years were spent in the Philippines. When I was living in Caloocan (a city in the Philippines), I joined Miss Caloocan, and that’s when I was discovered by a TV show writer named Jonathan Cruz, who later became my manager. My show business and modeling career opened doors for me to work with famous fashion designers and makeup artists. During this time, my interest in the beauty and fashion industry grew stronger.
Tell us more about what inspired you to start your own cosmetics company. What exactly is the dream for the Qeblawi brand?
I have always been fascinated with how makeup can transform a person’s appearance and enhance their natural beauty. The inspiration behind starting Qeblawi Cosmetics came from my desire to provide women with high-quality makeup products that are effective and safe for their skin. I wanted to create a brand that would cater to people of all skin tones and types and provide them with products free from harmful chemicals.
What was it like building your own cosmetic line? Can you share your most notable struggles and triumphs?
Starting my own cosmetics company was not an easy feat. One of the biggest challenges I faced was finding suitable suppliers who could provide me with high-quality raw materials for my products. I also had to overcome the challenges of marketing and branding my products in a highly competitive industry.
Through hard work and determination, I was able to establish Qeblawi Cosmetics and bring my vision to life. One of the biggest triumphs that I experienced was seeing women from all over the world using and loving my products. It was essential for me to create an inclusive beauty brand that would be accessible to women of all races, ages, and genders. I wanted to create a brand that celebrated diversity and promoted inclusivity throughout the industry.

My primary objective is to empower women of all colors and provide them with the necessary tools and resources to succeed. I have also made it my mission to mentor younger women who aspire to have a career in the industry through my company. In addition to promoting inclusivity in the beauty industry, I am also passionate about supporting the LGBTQ community. My company values diversity and strives to create a safe and inclusive environment for all individuals, regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity.
