Every so often, you come across a speaker who shakes up the status quo: a person whose story and perspective can inspire and change the lives of everyone listening.
Shani Taylor is that speaker.
Shani Taylor is a thought leader, entrepreneur, and public speaker from Australia, recently featured in Business Insider and as one of “12 Amazing Thought Leaders Making a Positive Impact Globally in 2024” by CEO Los Angeles.
She helps coaches, consultants, and service providers to build sustainable and scalable businesses, amplify their message to attract their soulmate clients, and create a life of freedom and abundance.
Shani didn’t have the easiest start in life. She was born into extreme poverty and experienced homelessness and intravenous drug addiction by the time she was 16.
“I got clean at 23 because I fell pregnant with my son, but my struggle was far from over. As well as being a single mom trying to make ends meet, I was held in a house by a family member in 2011 and repeatedly assaulted for two days. This led to PTSD and a complete retreat from society. It was only when I began coaching and seeking out mentorship that I was able to start transforming my situation.”
Now, Shani’s life couldn’t look more different. She has created a 7-figure coaching business, has clients in 22 countries, and has travelled internationally to speak on stages in the US, UK, and more.
She was also recently named ‘Coach of the Year’ at the ‘Women Changing the World Awards’ in London and was presented her award by the Duchess of York.
As a result of her inspiring journey, Shani brings authenticity, confidence, and finesse to her public speaking delivery that keeps audiences engaged and excited.
“I’m not always going to be your cheerleader. A good coach should challenge you to overcome your limiting beliefs and reach new heights of personal success. I am living proof that you don’t need to have been born into a good life to have a successful future. You can create the kind of life you want if you are willing to work hard.”
And despite her successes, Shani believes there are far more important results: the ones her clients are achieving.
She has hundreds of success stories that are a testament to the profound impact her coaching has had – not just on their businesses, but on their lives too.
“I have a client who has increased their revenue by 45%. Another was living off food stamps and is now generating over a million views on TikTok. One who has scaled their business to a stage where they no longer need to work in it. These results change people’s lives in ways they never thought possible.”
With her coaching and speaking, Shani wants to create a space for professionals on the same trajectory to support each other at every stage of their journey.

Shani loves to share her wisdom in sales, marketing, communication, and connection with audiences – topics that she has been studying for over two decades and uses every day in her work as a coach.

She recently flew to South Africa for a high-profile event hosted by Success Resources – the world’s leading education seminar company that hosts 500 events every year in 37 countries with 12 million attendees.
Shani took to the stage at their ‘Cashflow Revolution’ event, where she spoke about how to scale to freedom and live a life where you never need to think about your bank balance.
She is also speaking at the upcoming ‘Mega Success with JT Foxx’ event in Los Angeles in November about how to grow and scale a business.
Looking towards the future, Shani is open to speaking opportunities – both in Australia and internationally – that amplify her message and help others build a successful business.
“Nobody is born great at business – I certainly wasn’t! But if you’re willing to learn, you CAN have it all: a thriving business and live a life full of fun and abundance. I continue to achieve my goals because I am hungry to learn from people who are ahead of me. I want to share the lessons I have learned with as many others as possible.”
