Ori Ayonmike

Ori Ayonmike, the founder of Wilshire Partners, has always had a passion for bringing a new creative outlook to real estate in Los Angeles. Upon moving to the United States from Nigeria in 2002, Ori attended UCLA as a Political Science major, following in the footsteps of his father, who also studied Political Science at the London School of Economics; however, his father’s interest turned to hospitality and commercial development with restaurants and what would be the first 5-star hotel in Abuja, the capital city of Nigeria.

342 N Windsor

The inspiration for his first project, located at 342 N Windsor Blvd, named “LE RENOUVEAU” (French for The Revival), was a bold, reimagined interpretation of a 100-year-old European country house in Hancock Park that sold at a record price for a property that size. There were multiple offers in the first few days.

944 S Longwood

Ori’s second property, “ARC BLANC” (French for White Arches), located at 944 S Longwood, was in deplorable condition when he first purchased it but has since been brought back to life in a timeless way. Bringing together its original 1920s Spanish-style arches, he made them the key point, connecting all the common spaces in the home; each space was appointed with up-lighting to accentuate the curves of the architecture, thereby creating a tunnel of warmth and tranquility (reminiscent of old European chateau architecture).

1169 Angelo – Pool and yard

Currently on the market is “BEVEL,” which is Ori’s third property on Angelo Dr in Beverly Hills and is listed by Jason Peteler of Revel Real Estate and Matthew Yim of Coldwell Banker. It is a modern and dynamic project curated with some of the finest finishes and fixtures from around the world, along with a similarly intense focus on balance and function. Ori looks forward to taking clients on tours of this beautiful 5-bedroom, 7-bathroom home so that they can see its modern features, including a personal gym with floor-to-ceiling steel windows; a 45-foot, zero-edge infinity pool; calacatta viola marble stairs; leathered stone-clad fireplaces; a 264-bottle wine cellar; and wide-plank floors that are made of French oak.

The Reserve in Mandeville Canyon

Ori currently has a fourth project in the works on Mandeville Canyon called “THE RESERVE,” which is a reimagining of a 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom, 4,000+ ft.2 property with a 19,000 ft.2 lot.

To Ori, a home needs to have a feeling of comfort, serenity, and security. He goes on to say that the most important elements of a home should include an expression of family, enduring love, modern romanticism, high style, undying beauty, and timeless sophistication.

“Living well can include simplicity and serenity,” Ori says. “We will always focus on using symmetry and attention to detail to create residential properties that allow the owner to experience warmth and tranquility in its purest form.”
