On May 30 gay marriage advocates–straight and gay–from around California drove to Fresno to protest the California Supreme Court's ruling on Proposition 8, which officially banned same sex marriage in CA. The event, called “Meet in the Middle,” was organized by the many grassroots groups that have sprung up since Proposition 8 was passed by voters in November.
