He sought to improve his acting skills at Michael Howard Studios, where he was given a one-year conservatory- eventually leading him to be signed by About Artists Agency.

A big reason for Needham’s longevity has been his competitive background. He grew up in a hyper competitive family in Nebraska, and was a star basketball player in high school. He was offered a Division I basketball scholarship at Hofstra, where former greats like Speedy Claxton and Charles Jenkins honed their skills, prior to becoming stars in the NBA. Needham has always been keen on following his intuition, he decided to forgo this rare opportunity in pursuit of his lifelong dream of becoming a famous actor.

Needham’s perseverance and competitive edge has paid off, landing him roles in movies like Accidental Wolf and Hard Sell. He also had a role in the Netflix hit drama, Hollywood, where he worked alongside Hollywood mainstay’s like Rob Reiner and Joe Montello. He enjoyed working with, and learning from esteemed producer, Ryan Murphy. Needham is just scratching the surface of his potential, and his impeccable attributes are sure to land him many more noteworthy roles in the future.
