Hit-and-Run Collision near La Brea Avenue Left Mayor Karen Bass’ Stepdaughter Injured

LOS ANGELES, CA (December 6, 2022) – Thursday morning, a hit-and-run crash near Adams Boulevard left Mayor Karen Bass’ stepdaughter injured.

The crash happened on December 1st, just after 9:00 a.m., when a white SUV struck another vehicle occupied by the mayor’s stepdaughter.

Following the crash, medics transported the Mayor’s stepdaughter to a local hospital where they treated her for minor injuries. Officials later released her and expect her to be okay.

According to reports, the Mayor’s office declined to give additional details. At this time, it is unclear which of Karen Bass’ two stepdaughters were involved in the collision.

Meanwhile, four male teens were reported to have fled from their vehicle. Additionally, photos of the scene showed that two white SUVs sustained heavy damaged.
