Motorcyclist Dead after Box-Truck Accident on Stephanie Street

LAS VEGAS, NV (May 5, 2022) – Monday morning, a motorcycle collision on American Pacific Drive left 23-year-old Maxwell Harris dead.

The accident occurred at the intersection of Stephanie Street and American Pacific Drive, around 9:40 a.m.

Per reports, Harris was traveling south on Stephanie Street, approaching American Pacific Drive. As he entered a right-turn-only lane to pass stopped traffic, he entered the intersection against the red light.

As a result, the motorcycle collided with a box truck that was turning left on a green light. Upon arrival, paramedics discovered Harris with significant injuries.

Medical personnel arrived and transported Harris to Sunrise Trauma, where he later succumbed to his injuries.

Police ask anyone with information to contact California Highway Patrol offices as soon as possible. At this time, an active investigation is currently underway.
