Hit-And-Run on California Street Left Marino Daniel Lopez Dead

STOCKTON, CA (November 10, 2021) – Police are searching for the hit-and-run driver that left Marino Daniel Lopez killed Saturday evening.

The fatal incident occurred around 7:00 p.m. near Wyandotte Street, Stockton Police Department said.

According to the investigators, a vehicle struck the man walking in the area.

Afterwards, another vehicle struck the victim lying on the roadway due to injuries from the initial crash.

However, both drivers involved did not render aid and fled the scene before the authorities arrived.

Eventually, the first responders arrived at the scene and pronounced 27-year-old Marino Daniel Lopez of Fresno dead at the scene.

Later on, the authorities described the suspect’s vehicles as a dark-colored SUV and a dark-colored sedan.

At this time, Stockton Officials are working to identify both the hit-and-run suspects.
