Dennis RomeroDespite scientific evidence that young men with hair like his are impotent, a 20-year-old woman named Mariah Yeater has filed a paternity suit against Justin Bieber, claiming the singer impregnated her behind the scenes at an L.A. concert and fathered her 3-month-old baby.
No word on whether the tyke was named Backstage Bieber.
The singer's camp denies the claim, made public yesterday by Star magazine and sister blog Radar Online.
The woman says she was 19 at the time of the alleged encounter. The suit seeks cash, of course, to “to provide adequate support for my baby.” And she wants a paternity test suit.

On her Facebook page Yeater writes:

Speaking of hating, an FB page titled “Mariah Yeater Stay Away from Bieber” has been created. It calls Yeater a “mental case.” It had 21 “likes.”
Bieber's people say it ain't so:
While we haven't yet seen THE LAWSUIT, it's sad that someone would fabricate, malicious, defamatory AND demonstrably false claims. We WILL VIGOROUSLY PURSUE all available legal remedies to DEFEND AND protect Justin against THESE ALLEGATIONS.
Wait, isn't a situation in which an adult has sex with an underage kid statutory rape in California. Oh yeah, it is.
Bieber is 17.
