Three Injured in Napa Two-Car Collision near Wapoo Hill Road

NAPA, CA (July 11, 2022) – Wednesday, a crash on Silverado Trail left Margarito Trinidad, David Massaro, and Lauren Barrett hurt.

Per reports, the incident occurred around 3:45 p.m., near Wapoo Hill Road. Emergency crews responded to the scene shortly after.

Investigators say 47-year-old Trinidad pulled out of a driveway and crossed into the path of a southbound 2014 Volkswagen. Consequently, the Volkswagen struck the left side of Trinidad’s vehicle.

Paramedics arrived and transported Trinidad to a local hospital with critical injuries. In addition, medical responders also transported the Volkswagen driver – David Massaro (34) and his passenger Lauren Barrett (31) – to Providence Queen of the Valley Medical Center.

No further details regarding the crash are public at this time; however, more information will be provided once made available. At this time, Napa Officials continue to investigate the Silverado Trail accident.
