Hit-and-Run Collision Kills Bicyclist Marc Tohe in the Area of Baseline Road

PHOENIX, AZ (September 3, 2021) – 57-year-old Marc Tohe was killed Tuesday night on his bike after a hit-and-run driver struck him.

The fatal incident occurred around 6 p.m. in the area of Baseline Road and 75th Avenue, according to authorities.

Per the investigators, Tohe was riding a bicycle on Baseline Road when he was fatally struck by a vehicle.

As first responders arrived, they were unable to get a description of the vehicle that hit Tohe but started preforming first aid.

Unfortunately, Marc Tohe later died in the hospital due to the extent of his injuries .

However, an active investigation is currently underway.

Phoenix Officials will release more information as it becomes available.
