It is no surprise that Netflix’s ‘Buying Beverly Hills’ has made it to the Top 10 list, with their energetic and binge-worthy characters, incredible properties and of course their high-profile client list. There is no question as to why this show has done so well. Mauricio Umansky, owner of The Agency, gives us a glimpse into his personal and professional life, dealing with his fabulous and hilarious daughters on top of trying to sell these amazing properties.
The Agency realtor, Melissa Platt’s client Mandana Bolourchi was by far one of the most memorable clients of the season. While touring through a $79 million dollar property in Beverly Hills, fully equipped with a movie theater, full spa and an indoor basketball court, proves necessary as Mandana Bolourchi stops the tour for a minute just to check the score of her NBA player boyfriend, Patrick Beverley’s game.
During her time on Season 1, Episode 3, Mandana shares her unique look, bubbly and contagious personality and interests along with sharing plans on how she would use the space of the $79 million dollar with her big persian family. Leaving the viewers in awe of her, but with many more questions about her fascinating life outside of ‘Buying Beverly Hills’.
Mandana Bolourchi was born in Tehran, Iran and spent her childhood between Iran, Dubai, and European countries, as the daughter of a well-known Iranian philanthropist Mandana got to travel to many places and appreciate the value of culture and diversity. She is passionate about her own philanthropic work, focussing her efforts on women empowerment and aid. She was recently interviewed by Kiis FM for their ‘Under the Influence’ segment stating “I have always loved helping people, even now when I feel that my schedule is so busy and there are 1,000 things happening at once, I always make time to help the charities I love”.
Mandana Bolourchi’s net worth is roughly set to be $80 million, she has been a Beverly Hills and Bel Air local for about a decade now and is well known in the fashion and glam industry especially on Rodeo Drive, where she recently had a collaboration with one of the most famous fashion houses, Dolce & Gabbana, celebrating the release of their winter collection, in collaboration with Harper’s Bazaar.
Apart from being a philanthropist herself, Mandana also has her entrepreneurial endeavors sharing that she will soon be releasing her very own luxuriously glamorous hair product line called ‘Mandana Beverly Hills’ that she has been working on for the past two years with her best friend and co-founder. She has been dropping hints of her product release on her Instagram, sharing the brand’s social media accounts, @Mahairco.
In Episode 3 of ‘Buying Beverly Hills’ she mentions being a car collector herself, and how the 12-car garage would be “perfect” for her needs. She definitely made her presence known. One of the biggest reasons she caught the attention of so many viewers was when she arrived in a Rolls Royce Phantom Drophead, which is an extremely rare car worth over half a million dollars while also carrying a Himalayan Croc Birkin. Mandana recalls how her boyfriend, Los Angeles Lakers star Patrick Beverley, was impressed that she actually drives her own cars herself, all of which are Rolls Royce. She is now known as a female Rolls Royce Collector, something that not very many people, let alone females, can call themselves. She shares that growing up she only saw her male cousins and other men in her family having the “cool cars” and was determined to change that narrative.
From NBA player Patrick Beverley’s Instagram post in April of 2022, about their anniversary we can say this power couple started dating in April of 2021. Although they keep most of their relationship private, we can see how much of a supportive and loving pair these two are sharing many posts and comments to each other via social media.
As a philanthropist she is deeply motivated and involved with issues of Human Rights, she has been very active and vocal about human rights matters in her birthplace of Iran where there is currently a rights crisis that started in September with the murder of a young girl. She spoke about this issue in her interview with Marcel Clarke on NBC LX, stating that there are so many things people can be doing, using a voice that is heard in a place where freedom is the most important so that people in countries where their voice is silenced can be helped.
This year has definitely been one for the books for fashion, beauty and lifestyle influencer, Mandana as she has made headlines all over the world, from her fashion statements during Milan Fashion Week to the streets of Los Angeles protesting for Iranian Women’s rights. Mandana was last seen leaving the Shining Twins Halloween party in West Hollywood on October 30, among the stars like Paris Hilton, Justin and Hailey Bieber, and Emma Chamberlain . We can’t wait to see what’s in store for one of Beverly Hills most popular influencers, Mandana Bolourchi and excited for her to share the next glimpse of her lavish, luxurious life.
