Vehicle Struck Sleeping Man While Turning on Cortez Hill Driveway

SAN DIEGO, CA (November 1, 2021) Driver injures sleeping man on the sidewalk along Cortez Hill Driveway last Sunday morning.

The accident happened around 8:50 A.M. at the 500 block of Beech Street, according to the San Diego Police Department.

Later on, the investigators determined that a 2019 Ford Edge with a female driver struck a 58-year-old man sleeping near a driveway.

As a result, the man sustained serious but not life-threatening injuries.

San Diego Officials are working to identify the factors that contributed to the Cortez Hill Driveway incident.
